But what about a 20% (or even 10%) overrun in stage two capex?, what if stage 2 takes 6 months extra to ramp up and makes PLS operating cash flow negative as it ramps up slower than expected?, what if stage one goes offline for three weeks due to an unforeseen event?
Given the current bank balance and known off take loans to come in are probably not quite enough to or may just cover stage 2 capex, and the fact there are too many variables and unknowns - no board will run the ship that close to the edge - hence I am expecting a capital raise at sub 60c for at least A$100m.
PLS's debt is currently fully drawn from what I can see in the last quarterly, so there is no wriggle room or overdraft.
But what about a 20% (or even 10%) overrun in stage two capex?,...
