You are correct that the Great Wall and Ganfeng loans as well as the cash received from POSCO alrfeady known to the market.
Your 100-150m cap raise + 50m debt is full of sh**t though. How in the world one need more than 50% of CAPEX as additional funding. PLS is pumping white gold right now, a lot of them. Plus the stage 2 is not to be built in 1 night, but over 12 months time (if no delay). Which means PLS will have more cash from stage 1 operation during this time.
I am not denying the possibility of CR, but based on what we know of the company right now, it is likely to be small (if ever needed).
