If SKI did NOT take up the options at 12 cents, they may not be able to buy the same amount at a cheaper price.
1st AUZ will have to inform the market that the options have not been exercised.
2nd If any large amounts of buys start to appear, the price will rise accordingly.
3rd And allow any other interested party to approach AUZ about taking a position.
All and any of the above will take a significant amount of time.
I suspect that SKI have either taken up the options or have requested an extension.
