Results of the meeting clearly states that no decision about signing is mentioned . it was always about the Buyback.
Considering the signing of the RCA meant a spend of 50% a $35M , I would have thought that would be a fairly high priority agenda item... yet it was never mentioned in NMDC documents... WHY NOT?
How could ECT get it so wrong? Shoud be a very interesting next announcement.. I would be very surprised if it states that NMDC have approved the signing.. If it does, then I will be one happy chappy.
If it doesn't then I expect a serious backlash.. as ECT clearly stated that this board meeting was to decide on the RCA signing.
I expect the announcement today, as the NMDC Board meeting finished at 6:30pm yesterday, enough time to advise ECT. Besides I would have expected ECT Mngmnt to be waiting in the corridors for a result of such an important decision for ECT... maybe not so important to NMDC now?
Hope I'm wrong... have been waiting a long time for this one to get across the line..
