I did not see any agenda item relating to a decision on the RCA on NMDC agenda.. all it seems to state is the buyback.. however, I stand corrected if others more informed than me on the workings of Board meetings at NMDC declare that Other agenda items of less importance do not need to be mentioned under the "Inter Alia" rules.
Could you please provide the link to the Agenda where it states that a Decision will be made about signing the RCA.. I am happy to be corrected.. I may have missed it..

If what I read re the inter alia is correct then maybe the positive side of this is that we are in for a big announcement and happy days... here's hoping...
