I think investors and traders have clearly reached the point of exhaustion on ECT - there is absolutely no jostling to get set at the top of either the bid or ask queue and trading the last few days has been very subdued considering there was (and still is) at least a plausible expectation that today we will see the second (and final) signature announced.

As many have said before, rightly or wrongly we have reached a point where the excitement has been drained out of this issue, whether by the trolls or by the protracted process, 

I still think we will be moving forward, and on multiple fronts, but unless some well heeled heavies decide they aggressively want a significant slice of ECT the whoosh has all but been drained from this stock.  Very sad as it would be a fitting reward for the long term believers - somehow a slow and steady rerate over 18 months doesn't quite do it for me.
