I am hoping I'm reading into it too much but the wording in the announcement suggests to me that the announcement will be about the terms of the agreement and not necessarily about the signing on the dotted line? or is it the same thing? you'll have to excuse my lack of experience in this matter...Is there any likelyhood that S32 have altered the conditions considerably?
