I’d say AVZ working very carefully to not be trapped  by taking a placement with a major. With HuaYou and likely CATL looking at their firm interest notable since the IPO records, AVZ has to keep its registry strength to avoid an overwhelming negative.

 

This is why shareholders just as they pretty much did during the Congo election should maintain confidence.

 

No one saw the Klausing effect. So all the 30 plus cents aspirations are real. Combine that with rest of market sentiment then you have realistic story.
