Get a JV or offtake when you haven't even finished drilling or feasibility studies. Surely 1000's of Chinese companies will want to throw millions at us even if we don't know how to get it to them! We could probably secure $20mil for 20% now, rather then $200 mil for 20% in 6 months. Some people just don't know how to run companies!
