    Have been buying AVZ for 6 months or so, just for the size of resources, and noticed what's going on with the company, such as trading suspensions and give away shares cheaply, etc.  Seems to me, we do need an experienced business man who can run and develop the company more professionally.  How to shake up? I do not know.
