Depends on how much money they need so it could be good. Acquisitions are interesting it depends on if the company is making already, if not BUD will need to inject more money into the business to get it rolling.
Interesting announcement people may have to eat humble pie if we need a big deal to win. Cdave may not be that silly after all, all IMO.
