It is a shame because "construction of a commercial demonstration project" could refer to a building that is used for commercial purposes being used as much as it could mean a demonstrator that sits on tailer and is towed around town... Hopefully it's something large.
I doubt it relates to an actual commercial being played on it, but whatever it is will be used to generate sales.
