yes but ..., there is always some time allowed for some data that will confirm the announcement.. They can't confirm too quickly either way on
a duster or a hydrocarbon discovery. Both scenarios necessitate hard data that confirms the announcement. The reason for the trading halt , is
to stop any trading on hearsay, rumor, and speculation, but allowing that such inherent gossip had some basis in fact, it still needs confirmation
based on evidence, hard data, and empirical observation... .
