Maybe tomorrow given what happened with NLC
"NLCIL held its board meeting as scheduled yesterday (14 November 2018) and have confirmed that their board has provided the anticipated approval."
Lets not forget that the NMDC board meeting is for the formal ratification of their 'prior in-principle approval'. I doubt that there will be much discussion on the merits of the project as that would have already been confirmed.
It was also contingent on NLC's approval. Done
