I would say they have have already had discussions about the project etc etc before the meeting and considering all the parties involved applying pressure from the Ministry of Steel , NLC CMD and ECT. This would have been a 1 minute Rubber stamp moment or more delays for whatever reason. All IMO.
Lets just wait for the announcement for clarification.
