Why on earth are the options at such a low strike price, why are they so long dated and why are there so many of them (1:2)?

AJM only 3 months ago was higher than 20cents and had been a lot higher before hand.

3 year length seems excessive

1:2 ratio seems a tad generous particularly at that strike price.

Seems like an excessive amount of generosity of the options particularly seeing the issue of the actual shares is at a 10% discount.

Shame retail holders cant participate given the dilution this will cause, particularly if the options are exercised.
