The initial placement is being organized by Jet Capital Advisors based in the US and offered by some brokers in Australia.

Jets terms note:

"The Company will also undertake a Securities Purchase Plan (SPP) which will be capped at A$5,000,000 and otherwise on the same terms as the Offering. Neither the Offering nor the SPP will be underwritten."

Given the above all existing shareholders should have the opportunity to buy 13 c shares with 1:2 option ratio in coming weeks. The initial offering via the brokers is to speed up the process by vastly reducing the supporting paperwork required for the initial raising.

I expect that the SPP will have a substantial document to support it the Jets document is just over 1 page.

The offerings need approvals so its not set in stone but I cant see any reasons as to why they wont be completed.
