Have been looking at AJM since it was at 20c. I've held off as previous drop to 13c was suggesting a CR despite being one of the few hard rock producers. I am holding off a little longer as the shares usually drop below the offer price so I'll wait until then.

Nonetheless my most recent focus in investing is the quality of the management in relation to Good to Great and Great by Choice principles. 

If accurate that management said that there's not going to be a capital raise and now this, it is a red flag on their integrity.  A cheap entry is my way of mitigating this risk.

Do people think the failure to execute is part and parcel of early stage mining or failure of management?

For those holding other Lithium miners what order would you rank the different management based on delivering ?
