With the Options being offered, why are they even being offered?

The company should have enough cash to fix its problems from the raise (which is at a discount) so why issue so many options at such a low strike price and a long expiry date?

These options are going to suppress any shareprice gains above 20c due to options being exercised at these prices which results in further dilution.

This cap raise seems like it is going to significantly reduce the chances of shareholders who bought in at 20c or more from making a capital gain in the next 3 years or longer.
