you're basically punting that they can sort out all the plant issues in the next 6 months, get recoveries up to 75% and halve their costs otherwise they will need to raise again and that raise will be below 10c for sure.

but if the directors are putting their own hard earned in then they must be confident that the plan they have now can get it cranking.
