if it was proven and as easy as you put it with no more risk than a standard rocket launch (as risky as they already are) then there would have been more companies doing it.
regardless, no more debating a trivial topic. Let's discuss the fact that launch will cost around 10m USD. Construction around 9mil. 15m isn't enough
