Your "poor performance by management comment" with respect I totally disagree.  They have successfully pulled together a vertically integrated organic milk/food company with control of 80% of all organic milk produced in Australia through ODFA.  You will regret not holding your shares.  It was always going to be a hold for 2-3 years.  Where do the competitors look to go for supply of the organic milk they need?  WHA have most of it.
The deal with ODFA has been pivotal to making WHA.  SMRA will come through and the sales will come through.  In a few years which major will want to buy out WHA?
