yes and no.
There are quite a few small caps that have decent funds, decent projects and fair cash burn.
Then there are stocks like PNN that have no funds, debatable projects and cash burn(salaries) that seem rather excessive given the dire financial position.
So yes, buyer beware.
The coming capital.raising is going to be quite something imho.I doubt I will even dare look.
