It's a good idea.
Like they had mentioned, if a certain NZ drop-site has bad weather, they can bus the people to a different drop-site to minimize cancellations (from memory).
For FNQ, they could promote air-diving if the weather is bad to reduce cancellations.

They're already been diversifying a lot, into different services, and across AU and NZ, but air-diving seems like a good fit.
