I understand the points you are making and agree to a degree. However the timeframe we were provided with last year was quite aggressive and suggested that each step of development was going to happen quite quickly. This in turn suggests to me that once these bespoke parts arrived, integrating them into the RMP1 would be fairly quick, and thus a CR could have been performed AFTER the next milestone announcement. As I say this is speculation on my part however I feel these questions are valid.
