The fact we haven't heard anything over the weekend leads me to believe this is just related to the courts paperwork. Nothing wrong with that and would be happy to see otherwise.
This is clearly a critical step in moving forward however, my feeling is this extended bid time will result in a partner decision by mid year or later now. Hinting at trialing new tech on site etc will take time to engineer and evaluate findings before running through financial models. Yes a slight delay now but this is a low cost 40year+ resource with huge expansion potential. You need to get these decisions right up front.
