IMO, confirmation of US $280 million in the bank from escrow account or completion of the well published deal (for the sale of northern tenement) do not actually warrant a trading halt.
The impending announcement on Tuesday may include a special one off dividend or shares buy back scheme (using part of the proceed) and boards' intention / strategy for the development of SDV.
Any distribution of "surplus" cash will send the shorters packing.
