I agree with you it will be a small CR or something from SKI. The Bergen deal was done in hurry but I think that this is completely planned whatever it is.
They cancelled Bergen deal even when they had doubts about SKI taking options. BB was travelling a day before deal to do lease papers and Sophia was doing RIU presentation. There are lot of tweets in last 1-2 days. So whatever is happening must have have been planned in advance and better than Bergen. They are not scrambling to stay afloat.
