I sent him one also which IMHO will not be answered either unfortunately I told him what I think as a shareholder and asked him to please explain in detail why he has continued to let shareholders down with substandard performances, guessing I wont be on his Xmas l list, but then again I did say I had taken him off my Xmas list and he would have to smarten up in my eyes to get back onto it, hopefully he will and still can improve in the future.
