This is another big mistake by management, why have a cap raising now just before the OAs expire?! Surely it would have been better to get the current share price higher so the OAs got converted, no chance of that now with more dilution about to take place. This is another example of small share holders getting shafted, they reluctantly gave us the OAs and now they will be worthless unless they get extended to the same as the OBs.
