The talk of extension date of the OA's was mentioned in the term sheet to sophs in the CR apparently. Has not been mentioned in any ann that I'm aware of...(although this is now confirmed by SB in this mornings investor stream interview)
My understanding is that to get an extension to the OA's expiry date RLE would need to apply for a waiver from the ASX under listing rule 6.23.3 and also get shareholder approval.
