Key Sole - the first six words of the section say it - "Other than set out below . . ." - and then they go on to casually mention the issues.

I'm not familiar with the history so I can't comment on how or when these obligations arose; I'm a relatively short-term holder. I'm sure there are others here who are far more clued up on the background than I am.

It also explains the recent board restructuring.

Looks like they have got the Board all shored up in the least.
As this raise looks to be at a small Premium, perhaps everything is out of the wash, too many numbers to go over in that Prospectus, let the Market do it's thing
