Hi Ralom. Cap raises are not always at a lower price, it depends on the situation. while it is different when i had RCG (i think Its since changed to AX1...) they went into trading halt and announced a big deal with a cap raise at $1 and offerred existing share holder a spp at 75c. the sp before the trade halt was 70ish cents and on reopen the price quickly moved to $1+, it was a good payday. im not suggesting the same for qhl but new big news may rerate this regardless of a cap raise and existing holders may get a deal of a spp offer......i may be dreaming but its possible
