Yeah good points, I would think it's good news rather than bad. Hopefully a plan to restart and continue drilling - expanding the economic resource.
Gold is still around record highs in AUD and with a projected lower AUD / USD the writing is on the wall... RE-START... Even if they are very, very conservative on the estimated AISC (i.e. around $1400 per oz) they've still got a $400 margin of safety... Lowering the AISC as fast as possible IMHO would be key for a restart plan.
