    Yes 1.5c and over 1.7 billion (more than current shares on issue) with options. This company wants to issue more shares than the entire history of BLK (1.3 billion shares). It shows directors have no respect for current share holders. It is unlikely it will be fully subscribed. So it might come back again with even lower than 1.5c capital raising.
