I have a healthy imagination, but I simply can't imagine any half-decent judge deciding that was fair/equitable treatment of a foreign investor..the biggest damnation was when their investigation cleared the company of the allegations which prompted the shutdown..i.e. Manganese & Arsenic poisoning..That clearance led to the self-proclaimed unaccountable Chan-o-cha reversing his position. His biggest mistake was not paying for his original mistake there & then..Big lesson: military personnel shouldn't pull triggers without evidence. 2 years further on, there's more loss-of-earnings & legal costs added to his tab..The below news-article has 1 date error, but it sums up all the other media reports..
