I know they appointed 2 US Advisors to MedAdvisor Welam in September 2017 and a couple more in October 2018.

It looks like there's real planning in making committed steps into the US, not just a single big name appointment to 'pound the pavement'.
Swinnerton has relocated to the US (I assume Boston) so this spells team to me. I'm always cynical of single board appointments.
"High profile", "World renowned", "Well connected" characters love easy money as much as the rest of us do <credit to swami for this line and observation>.
The observation was on another healthcare stock, GMV (not holding) who have $100M MC and made a loss of $20M last year.
MDR is cash flow positive with $50M MC. Hopefully the MC changes on Friday.....
