Their fiscal restraint, even if it exists (giving yourself a bunch of free options at all time lows?), means nothing if management doesn't go out and do their job which is partly to sell this company to prospective investors. Fiscal restraint only benefits management if they are making their own job too easy for themselves by issuing shares at stupidly cheap prices and causing extremely excessive dilution to all current shareholders.
Got to hope tomorrow isn't as bad as the usual ASX story.
