Ann: Trading Halt, page-24

Except for the "Animoca Brands partnership and mutual investmentwith six leading blockchain companies" announcement, the Trading Halts always mentioned a proposed/potential CR if that was part of the halt. For the Mutual investment where we traded shares for tokens, no CR was mentioned in the Halt (and one might consider shares for tokens a form of raising capital I suppose). However, in that TH the words " proposed strategic partnerships to be entered into by the Company."

The latest announcement clearly says:
"the Company is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a proposed major partnership"

However, this is the first TH Julian has written for the company and perhaps he just uses different words to Alyn?

Guess we will know Tuesday, but I highly doubt there's any raising of capital. Major partnership does have me thinking maybe a reskinned Marvel CDH? Or something with Tencent or what have you. But it's all speculation.
