7 December 2018Trading Halt for iClick $12 million contract
"The trading halt is necessary to assist the Company in managing its continuous disclosureobligations as the Company expects to make a material announcement to the market inrelation to a proposed strategic partnership and potential capital raising."
Today Trading Halt
"The Company is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a proposedmajor partnership."
If we are to go off previous language used in trading halts, it's most likely not going to be a capital raising otherwise they would of stated it in the trading halt release. Also last time, the language was very moderate for such a large material deal for a company size of AB1. I mean, they described a $12 million contract as 'strategic partnership'. What could 'major partnership' possibly entail?
