Animoca Brands Corporation Limited – Request for trading halt In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Animoca Bands Corporation Limited (the Company) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt with respect to its ordinary shares to apply from the commencement of trading on Friday, 22 March 2019. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, I advise that: (a) the Company is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a proposed major partnership; (b) the Company requests that the trading halt last until the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 26 March 2019 or earlier announcement by the Company in respect of the above; and (c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
