I agree. That wording could very possibly mean that the Ruifu deal is finished. But my guess is its a new one because would they have a TH for that news. What is to prepare and get signed. It would be a short statement. Deal over and move on.Am I on the right track or just tricking myself and not facing an ugly fact?
