I agree with your thinking, Brumbie. Ruifu wouldn't tell CXO that they're considering pulling out, which would justify a TH. Obviously if they had decided to pull out they would have flatly conveyed that to CXO and then there would be no reason to call a TH for two days - surely? A TH implies to me that Ruifu (or someone else) has agreed a deal verbally or otherwise and documentation only has to be rubber stamped by Monday. Any outcome other than this would frankly make a mockery of the trading halt justification procedure in my opinion. From what I have seen CXO have a track record of basically adhering to standard protocol where THs are concerned so I don't expect any hiccups.
