Ann: Trading Halt, page-19

I am going to be a contrarian here. I've held the stock for 2 years and my views remain largely unchanged, these guys are serial money raisers with little track record of proving these acquisitions work; they are masking organic growth rates, which are extremely difficult to determine given the number of things they are doing. I don't believe they can successfully execute this strategy, and they amount they continue to raise dilutes the shit out of everyone. so on opening, I am out. Criticise away, but at least an honest opinion.
