That's factually incorrect. Just because Yat under his own personal name has 165k shares doesn't mean that's the only shares he's bought. At every raise he's participated he's committed cash in exchange for shares. He just chooses to have it under a different structure most likely for tax purposes, this is very common amongst directors of companies.

As for Holly, she's a non-exec. She has her personal reasons as to why she only owns 400,000 shares. She's not as involved as you'd think. That's how non-execs work. She's been participating at every raise though.
