    I guess it depends on the acquisition that is planned, and at what level the CR is at. If a big discount to price then the acquisition would have to be revenue generating in the short term IMO, could be a strategic one where the benefit is more obscure. I am a bit out of my depth with the tech, so hope more savvy people can educate me once the details are known
