    Theres CR's for a crappy struggling miner that wants to drill its 100th hole to find nothing

    Then theres CR's for AB1 . Our cr's are usually done at a PREMIUM and heavily subscribed to by the board. To buy another up and coming technology company. To become an even bigger powerhouse.

    I have had absolutely ZERO concern with previous cr's done for acquisitions in the past so not really worried about this one.
