Firstly it is written in the sheet the share for the convertible notes is 156377550 shares from 1 million USD, which is roughly equal to 0.009 AUD a shares, if the cap raising is oversubscribed to full 278011021 shares which equals to 2.196 millions, there is no more capacity for convertible notes, if only raise one million from cap raising, there will be 126582287 shares issued, leave additional 307806293 - 156377550 = 151428743 shares for the further convertible notes, of course they won't get the full 2.5 millions, but there is a maximum shares the company can issue each finical year, the idea is they won't be able to have full oversubscription and fully taken up convertible notes in one year.
