FGR director salaries,
Base salaries are very similar to Talga Resources remuneration,
The options that made up part of their remuneration in the FY 2018 was voted on by shareholders at the 2017 AGM,
The bonus payment to the exec directors was converting options into shares. I believe this was the first bonus payment that the exec directors have received, it appears that the conversion only caused dilution to shareholders.
