Okay just checked the announcement on the ASX and it is connected with an announcement regarding a "corporate transaction concerning the Company and its Goldfields operations."

Now we could assume that this is the must awaited confirmation of the deal with GBF about the 12 month lease of the Mill and the option to buy 50% of EGMS. That would seem to be the most likely news. We have to wait for another announcement which will happen either before or by Thursday morning commencement of trading.

Of course it could be that it concerns some other deal that MXR has been working on to get into a mining operation itself. There are two options presently being looked at. I think it is more likely the former GBF arrangement but you never know.
